Welcome to pospaper.ca. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the pospaper.ca website (the “Site”), as well as any orders you place for products or services offered by POS Paper Canada Inc. (“POS Paper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place any orders.

1. General

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and POS Paper Canada Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada. 1.2 We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province/territory of residence to place orders with us.

3. Account Registration (if applicable)

3.1 You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products & Services

4.1 We sell thermal paper rolls, bond paper, carbonless paper, printer ribbons, labels, and related point-of-sale supplies. 4.2 All product images, descriptions, and specifications are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

5. Pricing

5.1 All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. 5.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

6. Orders & Payment

6.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. 6.2 Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. 6.3 Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. 7.2 We ship within Canada and (where available) to select international locations. 7.3 Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8.1 Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (customer pays return shipping). 8.2 Custom-printed or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 8.3 Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos for verification. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is owned by or licensed to POS Paper and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, POS Paper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products. 10.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POS Paper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, carrier delays, etc.).

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at pospaper.ca/privacy-policy.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and POS Paper regarding the Site and your purchases.
